Dr Evans is great! She takes her time with each patient and really wants you to have the best care possible. She noticed two things that my old optometrist missed and ensured I saw the right specialists as soon as possible. Dr Evans takes the time to make sure you understand the treatment plan she prescribes but also wants to hear your input. I'm really glad I made the switch to this clinic and happy I found Dr Evans!

I can't really review the Doctors in the office, because I never got that far. First of all, if you want someone to pick up the phone from this place, you will have to call the Lenscrafters store beside it and tell them to transfer you over. Thats the only way I got a hold of their receptionists...twice. Other than that, if you leave a message, they will not call you back. I called a few weeks ago to inquire about eye exams and left a message. I didnt receive any call back. I called back a week later to Lenscrafters and finally they got me through. I was able to book an appointment, with the receptionist. The next day I called back to modify the time. Someone did pick up right away but asked me to hold the line. I waited 10 minutes on the phone. I decided to hang up and call back. Of course, I received the voicemail. I ended up leaving a message and cancelled my appointment altogether. Honestly, I can't review the Optometrists because I never got that far in the process. Im sure they're great...Too bad the receptionists, in my mind are very unprofessional. Basically, I will not be booking here again.
