Went in for an eye exam and some glasses loved the service. Dr. Hughes did the exam he had a great personality, very professional at the same time was able to answer any questions/concerns I had. Dave helped me out with picking out some glasses. He was very professional, patient and determined to help me find a one I liked. I must have tried on half the display but he was very patient in taking it out, having me try them than putting them back. Overall great location, name brands with lots of selections, great service!

I cannot speak highly enough of Optical Thirty8! A warm, welcoming, vibey, amazing place with exceptional service (thank you Sam for going above and beyond with your patience, professional, friendly attention and best assistance)! And Peter, the very efficient progressive lenses reviewer. There are such fantastic selections and the BEST prices...I will not be buying from anywhere else but HERE and a shout out to all to head this way!!! THANK YOU.

I came here after reading Blog TO's glowing review. I was warmly welcomed and provided with an exceptional service experience. I really like the style selection here. Getting my first pair of progressive lenses has been a journey and I've been back three times to get advice and adjustments. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service.

Can I say wow! I just had my eye appt with Dr. Matthew Chen. I have been coming to Optical 38 for my glasses for years and their docs habe been great but Dr. Chen is super, very friendly, professional and gave me a very detailed eye exam and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I now live a little far from this place but I will keep coming back. I highly recommend it!
