I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. (More than 10 yrs) Maybe that’s luck. This time I had Shirley and she was amazing!!! The receptionist at the optometrist office asked her if she could take me on to find new frames and she gladly came to assist me. She found the perfect frames for me! She was efficient at her job and wonderful for a great customer service experience. Recommend her any day! She was able to process my purchase through insurance and give me the best deal she could. Really appreciate the help in servicing me. My kids really liked her friendliness as well. Great job Shirley and LensCrafters!

I purchased scratch resistant lenses and after just 2 months, my vision was blurred due to excessive scratching. The glasses never suffered heavy damage and were treated with the utmost care and gentleness as these were my first pair, yet there supposed "scratch resistance" was a complete scam and I played extra for no reason.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I purchased new glasses in November 2018. 10 days later I brought them in because both hinges had come loose. As it was within the 30 day service period, I thought they would take care of my issue. They tightened the glasses and assured me they would be fine. One month later, and the hinge has now loosened on one side. I brought them in and told them of my ongoing problem. They tightened them and said they’d put a note in my file but they couldn’t do anything else because I had not purchased the protection plan. I have learned my lesson and will not be purchasing anything from LensCrafters in the future. EDIT: The link provided in the response does not take me to a contact site.

Low rating for this place is justified. I just came in because a screw fell out of glasses frame. Was told they didnt have short screws and to buy new glasses. They were maybe 2 months old at this point.

Don’t know what all the negative reviews are about, but my experience was great. My wife and I came in about half hour before closing and were greeted and helped by Sid. He was professional, very helpful and not forceful at all. I find a lot of these commission based places ads a bad experience because of obvious reasons but he was very patient. At the end he told us we’d get our glasses in a few weeks. I was surprised to hear they were ready within a couple of days. Great experience.
