So this morning, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my daughter's appointment which is in 1:45 minutes. I was told that there will be a 20.00 fee for cancelling at the last minute, which but the way is new to me. I was going to reschedule for Thursday but I decided that I'm going elsewhere altogether. I felt like I called within the hour if them opening up and had I known issues were going to arise before the weekend, I would have called them in Friday. I could honestly see that if I called an hour before or 30 min. before or at 11:15, then yes charge me. However, I called 1 hour and 53 minutes before my appointment time and you want 20 bucks for the cancellation. Not going to happen, we'll start fresh and new elsewhere. I've been thinking of checking out SVS lately anyhow. Thank you for your years of service Optical World 💜. And, you got 4 stars because you're still a good business, I'm just not paying you 20 bucks for me being unable to attend an appointment, which unfortunately was beyond my control. I bid you farewell 🤗

Been customer 21 years. Last two years service very bad. Waited a month for glasses order wrong when I went to pick them up. Called several times placed on hold for over an hour .waited outside for 1 he. Even though they advertise opening at 9 didn't open until after 10. Last year my glasses were sent back because I didn't pick them up in 2 weeks. Now I have to wait two more weeks to correct a tint after I waited a month You just lost. A loyal customer who referred plenty of folk to You. Will try d's or black and white. On top of it all you have me a referral without notifying me. Horrible service. I'm done...

Been coming here since I was a kid (age 12) I’m 27 now. They don’t accept kids nomore. This use to be a great place. The new women they keep changing out are very cold and impersonal. They gave me my contacts in my hand over the counter no bag.my contacts was ready over a month they never called me. Told me they send a text (lied) one of the high school workers told me that . I’m never going back. I’ve been feeling this way for 3yrs. I’m just use to coming here but I’m done after today. They have no people skills just there for a check sorry but the doctors are too

They are con artists they have no regards for others or their time.They gave me the wrong script then refuse to fix it they charged me 20 bucks for a no show on my 7 year old son who has school they just don’t care they have hidden fees that they secretly charge you for nothing I’m going to make sure OPTICAL WORLD KNOW THEY SUCK AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL KNOW TOO
