Best Pearl Vision I've been to yet, Dr. Adams is great and everyone who works there is extremely pleasant. If you're looking to set up an exam or just need to shop for some new lenses, go here, you will not be disappointed!

This place is the absolute worst. First they book four people for the exact same time for my appointment, yet I patiently wait. I order my glasses and am told 7-10 days. 10 days pass I call and am told 10 business days, I finally get my glasses and they ordered the wrong lemses. They order a second pair REFUSE to expedite the process I wait another 2 weeks and again they order the wrong lenses. This place is an absolute joke, one mistake is fine making me wait twice because you cant order the right lenses is insane. They offer a $50 gift card for the inconvenience like I am ever making a mistake buying from this place again. Their corporate office is a complete joke and won't step in to assist because every location is a franchise. Dont be taken stay far away!

Dr. Adams and staff were super professional, helpful and kind. They answered all questions I had and were understanding of any concerns I had.

Overpriced and dishonest is the best way to describe it. I was constantly being surprised with new "fees" and "policies" when it came to my glasses and contacts. There is one lady who works there who does not understand what customer service is or how to give it. She seems confused about their crooked policies too. If I had done everything Pearle Vision told me I "had to do", I would have spent over $1000 in less than a year (and not even gotten glasses from them).

The positives, Dr. Brittany Adams, Optometrist, she's very professional and thorough when doing an eye exam. The prices for frames are horrendous, I purposely got a frame on sale and paid over $300 for my glasses though I do have progressive lenses. My daughter's glasses, regular lenses, were also over $300. NEVER AGAIN! Two stars thanks to the optometrist. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, no parking!
