They charged me extra (I wasn't going to buy my contacts here, because Costco was cheaper). An eye test blew wind in my eyes, then they made me wait 35 minutes for my eye exam (after my scheduled time, and 40 minutes after j arrived). I arrived early in order to do the pre-tests. My file was already open here. I still had to wait mid-day for an eye test. Go here if you have time and money to burn. Optometrist was very nice and professional though

The optometrists were professional and pleasant; they genuinely helped me with my glasses & corrected the frame although I didn't get my glasses there initially. My sister got a pair of glasses there, no complaints at all. Thank you!

My first pair of glasses did not fit well and i was unable to read with them. They ordered new test and gave me new frame. After multiple visits i still cant read with the new glasses. I told them when i picked it up i could not read with them. I was told the glasses were made to read from the third line from the bottom up. I am wearing my old pair because i can read with them. I shall return because it a waste of money to pay for something i cant use. After my last post i had a call from the doctor to return for another eye exam. I am very pleased with the new glasses. I sometime forgot i am wearing them. I am also pleased with the response and attention i received. I will recommend friends and family. Thank you Vizualis and Doctor Donabedian.

Not sure if its normal to wait 30 minutes for my eye examine? My appointment was 5:00pm and I was seen at exactly 5:30pm. that's a little excessive considering I'm paying $70.00 for an eye examine why should I waste 30 minutes waiting for your doctor because he scheduled his appointments to close to each other? not impressed.

Ordered basic glasses, when I looked at the receipt I saw I got charged for anti glare and thin lenses which ended up costing 140$ more. Now I have to dispute a refund with my bank. UPDATE: Manager called and refunded me the glasses and gave me the originals like I asked.
