very expensive

pursuant to eye examination, couldn't find frames I liked, so I purchased frames online and went back to have them setup. The they quoted $ 700 for lenses only. Had them done for $370.

Remarkable, impressive and highly customer-oriented! A warm and inviting atmosphere with staff that really care. Prompt, professional superb service! Dr. Hudson is exceptional! Her eye examinations are extremely thorough. She cares a great deal about each person she sees. Steffan and Shawn are absolutely wonderful, from their high level of customer service, to their all-encompassing support. They address all facets; every concern. Eye tests prior to seeing the optometrist are done with warmth, care and the utmost of experience. All communication is efficient, prompt and professional from a team that works at the desk up front. I highly recommend Donnelly Optical to anyone looking for A1 eyecare from thorough eye examinations to the ordering of the perfect lenses and frames. A big thank you to the entire team that works together to go the extra mile to please!

This is a place where the manager , Susan , has trained her staff properly. Kind ,compassionate and patience. Well done . I highly recommend Donnelly Optical. They did all of my eye tests and helped me pick the perfect frame.The staff is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the attentive personalized service they offered. They have a very good choice of frames at competitive prices...a big thank you to Camille Fodi and Shawn Donnelly.

New client. My experience so far it's been great. From my arrival time for my first ever appointment at this Optique. Very spacious and clean place. Short conversation with the reception at arrival. But respectful professional conversation. I would suggest more friendly / welcoming approach from the young Receptionist but all in all its good service. Again, this is not a complaint but a suggestion. If you go for your optometrist appointment for your first time at this location.. Give yourself 1 hour 20 minutes time for everything.. They are very good, so they are busy booked. The attention is great, so when it is your turn in every step along the way during your appointment they will also take their time with you; giving you a great cx service. Competitive prices. And very good cx care. I suggest this place. I took a second appointment at the end of my visit so I can order my eye glasses right with them. Yes they keep your prescription within their system, I did not ask to have it for myself because I intend to order my glasses right this week with them. Can't wait to have the experience others have had with the Donnellys. I'll post my next experience this week with the optic, Until then.

I had the absolute best time getting my new prescription, new glasses and contact lenses at Donnelly. The staff's attention to detail, their professionalism and their desire to make the client happy and comfortable speaks to their level of care. Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful, but extra props must go to Shauna, who helped me get my lenses in and out and who was a beacon of positivity throughout the process. Thanks to Shauna, I'm comfortable taking contacts in and out of my eyes more than I ever have been! Thank you to the gracious and amazing staff at Donnelly!
