Je ne comprends pas l'avis de M Fortin car de mon côté j'ai pu facilement avoir un rendez-vous qui convenait à mon agenda. Qui plus est, j'ai même pu apporter ma propre monture pour y faire poser des verres respectant ma nouvelle prescription. Bien sûr leur travail étant de vendre des montures et verres je me suis fait proposer de faire l'essaie des montures à la mode actuelle. J'en ai donc profiter pour voir si l'une des montures pourrait convenir à mes goûts ce qui pourrait rafraîchir un peu mon look. Le tout c'est fait dans le respect et la courtoisie. On ma bien conseillers en tenant compte de mes préférences sans me donner de la pression pour faire le choix de l'une ou l'autre des montures. J'ai même pu faire l'essais de verres de contact et il faut souligner qu'ils ont eu la Grande patience de m'enseigner à les poser et les enlever. Résultat, j'ai de nouvelles lunettes et des verres adaptés sur mon ancienne monture. Donc, un homme heureux!!! :-D

Service assez mauvais. J'ai eu l'impression que leur seule envie c'était de me vendre absolument une nouvelle paire de lunette (monture) alors que celle que j'avais était encore bonne et que je voulais simplement changer les verres (J'avais pourtant acheté ma monture à cette boutique, c'était un modèle qu'ils possédaient encore à ce moment). Quelques jours après mon passage, je me suis plaint que je ne voyais pas bien dans mes verres de contact, après 2 visites suivantes sans régler le problème, j'ai laissé tombé car ça devenait de plus en plus compliqué avec les horaires d'école et les travaux pour y retourner. Je suis aller voir un autre optométriste qui a complètement changé ma prescription. Bref... Je ne recommande pas.
