Excellent CSR at the St-Bruno mall location. Mireille is wonderful from start to end. I keep coming back just for her service.

I had very positive experience. The employees were friendly and quite competent. I will go see them again for my next pair of glasses.

IGNORE THE OTHER REVIEWS. First off the staff are great. Jeremy is French so yes he has an accent but he makes every effort to speak English (and he isn't bad at all) If you have trouble learn French but that does NOT detract from his amazing knowledge and great service. I also looked up some reviews of PD. It is illegal to just hand it out because you want to buy them online. Do that at your own risk and if you mention it BEFORE the exam they can explain it. Again it is a great service and ask questions and they will explain but do understand they have laws to follow. (All this was explained to me AND my research concurs). All these other reviews are people complaining because they don't understand that the optometrist has laws to follow.

Refused to adjust the arms of glasses purchased elsewhere, even for a fee. If the service wasn’t TERRIBLE I’d have bought them here but Greich & Scaff is, across the board, a terrible option for exams and glasses alike.

The lady who works at this location is absolutely terrible at customer service. She sells glasses for which they don't carry parts, or have little to no chance of being repaired. Several times, I have come in to have a pin replaced and she lectured me (an adult and a paying customer) like a child for having dirty lenses. The young man who works here, on the other hand, is amazing. I rarely see him anymore though and am always disappointing when the lady is the only one there when I drop in. She never offers anything but criticism and has no desire to help customers. The Dr. Le is not so good with people either. Please do not take your business here. My next pair will not be from this location. I am extremely unsatisfied.
