I've been here 3 or 4, times. The previous time I went for an eye exam about a year ago, I felt frustrated because I waited a long time (even though there were no other clients). When the optometrist finally called me in, he was throwing away the rest of his lunch. I was annoyed but let it fly. Today, I had an appointment with the same optometrist. I left work early to arrive on time for my 4 p.m. appointment. The moment I arrived, I saw my optometrist say goodbye to the client before me. Again, I was the only person there. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the girl at the front desk if the optometrist knew I was there. She went to check and then told me that he asked for 5 more minutes and that he was just having something to eat! I think it's completely disrespectful to expect your punctual clients to wait while you take a 35-minute lunch break. I understand that delays can happen, but you should schedule that into your schedule rather than take your clients for granted and waste their time. I decided that I did not want to pay for such unprofessional service so I left and will be going elsewhere from now on.

The optometrist is friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose an issue when other doctors could not. However, if you are just purchasing glasses or contacts, the hours make it extremely difficult to visit (they are only open 10am-5pm and not at all on weekends). I have been wearing rubber bands around my glasses to keep them tight, because they were not adjusted for me when I picked them up and I can never come in because of the limited hours. Very frustrating, the majority of eyewear stores are open either earlier/later or at least one day on the weekend.

Great service and assistance. Good selection of glasses and reasonably priced. They were very helpful choosing the right glasses for my needs and budget. The optometrist was very helpful too and answered the questions and concerns I had. My best eye service so far! Everyone was very lovely, great customer service!

Went in for an eye exam and the owner grilled me with questions about the community optician I go to for my (generic) glasses. Asks the name of the business and its owner, pricing, etc. Then he proceeds to thank me profusely more than once for my "honesty" and offers me a discount on his merchandise in exchange, like I shared an invaluable trade secret with him (but all the info he could easily have found online). His discounts didn't match what I'm planning on paying so I declined. The "honesty" part felt really very weird, so I'm never going back.

I have been a customer here for years. Today, I need contacts for a soccer match I was spontaneously invited to. I asked my partner to go pick them up. They said it wasn't a problem, had located my name in the system and I told them it was -4 contacts. He showed up yet was refused, said my name and said it was -4 contacts (which I asked about less than an hour prior). I am quite dissapointed, never to return again. With the limited hours I cannot even go pick them up myself later... Thanks for the horrible service!
