Excellent service!

Hello everyone, I'm leaving 5 stars. I finally received good service with a smile this time, and it was for myself that I went there. Thank you to Wildjy Dorestan for his wonderful service in fitting and adjusting my first new glasses. On the negative side, and I'm not the only one mentioning this here, I realized why the staff is less friendly and doesn't seem happy. The problem stems from the charming manager, yes, the one with the punk hair and specially colored clothes, with a silly expression who speaks loudly and rudely to her employees. I saw proof of this firsthand when I went to pay my bill. The young woman at the register was in TRAINING—remember that word!—so Wildjy gave her some training on how to do it, and it was explained very well. I'm a trainer myself in my field. The manager, from a distance, said, "No, I don't want her to do it; she's in training!" Here's the logic: if she's in training, why tell her no and send her to do other things? It was another girl who came just to take my payment. The young woman had done everything correctly because Wilgjy had explained it to her clearly. So, like the place and let yourself be served by the wonderful advisors. The grumpy manager should let her employees do their good work with confidence and guide them, not belittle them or talk nonsense. You, Madam Manager, are the problem with this place, making the service a bit less than ideal. Please do your duty as a leader for everyone's comfort. I will return to this store to support Dr. Jeremy Steinberg, who also treats my daughters, and I hope to receive even better service than today. Have a nice day. Don't forget, we are customers; we have the right to total respect. You too, but also your employees. It is you I blame for the atmosphere in your store today. Otherwise, it's a very nice place. Thank you to all the staff.

A very bad experience at New Look. I was served by a middle-aged blonde woman who displayed a profound lack of professionalism. During our conversation, she raised her voice at me, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service context. Afterwards, she justified herself by saying she had been working since the morning. I'm sorry, but being tired is no excuse for being rude or disrespectful to customers. We already pay a lot of money for an eye exam and have the right to expect courteous and professional service. Instead, I received unpleasant and disrespectful treatment. The most shocking thing is that she refused to give me my contact lens prescription, giving the impression that she didn't want me to go anywhere else. I find this attitude completely inappropriate and contrary to the customer's interests. After recounting my experience to family and friends, I was surprised to learn that several of them had encountered similar situations at this branch. This leads me to believe that, unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, but rather a recurring problem that deserves to be taken seriously by management. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and find it regrettable that a company like New Look tolerates this kind of behavior. It gives the company a very bad image and undermines customer trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch.
