Like most LensCrafters, the staff are stuck up, condescending, and rude as soon as you start asking questions. After my eye exam next door, I took my old Ralph Lauren frames to the salesperson to ask about keeping the frames and getting new lenses. I was told the lenses alone are $300. The Optometrist had mentioned I could get my pupillary distance measured with the LensCrafters staff (makes it easier to order the right glasses online), but when I asked I was shut down rudely. “Oh no sweetie we don’t measure anything for you since you’re not even buying anything”. Wow, I hadn’t made a decision yet - but without insurance through my employer I have to consider other options to get the best value. Needless to say, even if I wanted to go through with the purchase, I would never give that man a sale.

Great service! Looked at two pairs one was more expensive. They gave me a promo and went with the better fit instead of trying to sell the most expensive one. Paid a lot cheaper than what expected.

Walked into this Lenscrafters after terrible service at another. Was greeted by the rep. I began trying on glasses and the rep (from a distance) was watching. When I narrowed it down to 3 pairs, the rep walked up and began discussing the benefits of each pair. Then when He saw that I had chosen a pair that fit in with the current promo, he began providing me details of the promo and what I would get. Provided excellent service. His computer ran into a glitch and was unable to lock in the promo with the lens selections I made (HD lenses, Blue light filter etc.) He sincerely apologized and found a way to work around the error and get me what I wanted (Except for the laser engraved "Ray-Ban" logo, which has no impact on the performance of the glasses and is more of an esthetic feature. Very pleased with overall outcome.

Great service! The staff was very helpful and insightful when choosing my new pair of glasses. I will definitely go back for my next pair.

Expensive... but good selection. However, service is lacking. After purchase called for copy of the receipt to be emailed to me. Was told, quite abruptly on the phone that they "don't have e-mail"... really? I happen to know for a fact that isn't true. He told me to just "come in to the store". It's easier he said. Easier for who? I asked if he could fax it or mail it. He repeated that it's easier if I come in to the store, as they can just "print it up right then". I then asked simply, "do you have a fax machine?". Yes he said. Can you please just fax it? I feel like faxing something is quite a lot easier than me having to drive to the store. Besides, who is the customer here??? He agreed in the end, but I could hear the annoyance in his voice. No impressed.
