My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the amazing customer service and fantastic care we experienced at this store. We went in to just get myself a pair and we left with a pair for my wife as well. Super professional. Well designed frames for a fraction of the price you'd pay anywhere else! Merci Acuitis!

Yes, sure. I went first and my vision just needed an small touch to see close and other smaller to see far. So you recomended me the eyezen glases. They were already over 300$ . The small girl i talked to told me was really the best recomendation from the doctor who messured my eyes, just right there. So i choose that. Once i took them, the worst vision ever. So i comeback realy upset cause i was suposed to see better. No?? So this time i also asked them to change the frame and since was my choice and not their fault, the frame, i agree to change them for a cheaper one without return ok. But then they told me my best option was not eyezen but progresive glasses. But gues what the price was in total over 500. I was so upset because i was told the first option was the ideal for me, so how come this now?? Still i payed, even when what i wanted and i told them was give them back what in my vision were those useless glasses, and i didnt ask my money back, i just wanted to have them as prove were usless.Then the manager girl, told me be patient and bla bla bla. So i end paying those. Once i proved them first yes they were better. But still not good. End of this long tell?? I have those 500 total on glasses in a closet because after i spent a week trying to belive i just needed to got used. The fact is that i see all blerry with them and better without. To go back?? For what?? Are you going to realy fix the issue with extra cash as before?? This is my why i give 1 star only. Cause i cant give 0

I normally do not write negative comments because I know there is always a way 2 negotiate & resolve the issue through dialogue, but this time UNFORTUNATELY with Acuitis situated at Carrefour Laval, I feel I am obliged to write a review so that customers like you do not fall into a lie and dishonest dealing. Acuitis laval is horrible. I paid $415 for eyes exams and sunglasses on December 17th 2017, yet I haven't received my sunglasses, we are March 2018. They lied from the beginning to me by making a false representation. When I tried to have a dialogue with the owner by the name Sevan to solve the issue, he turned out to be a little scorpion. The worst customer service rep I have ever seen. Although, Acuitis agreed to make a reorder but failed to order the original colour and begged for me to pay some extra money. Finally, after months of negotiation the order arrived and defective and he tried to trick me to take it as is. Horrible service, just avoid acuitis laval at any cost. My sunglasses are with Acuitis laval and acuitis wants to do nothing about it.
