Pour répondre a Renée Parent, ce bureau est l'un des plus courtois et professionnel avec lequel j'ai la chance de travailler et pour vous mettre en contexte, je travail avec plus de 150 bureaux d'optiques à travers le Québec et l'Ontario depuis plus de neuf ans.Pour avoir lu des commentaires négatifs, futiles et sans fondements comme le vôtre sur d'autres avis de certain de mes clients, vous devez faire partie du "petit peuple" qui achète a rabais leurs montures et lentilles sur internet. Des produits "Cheap" fait en chine avec aucune garantie et qui n'encourage pas l'économie local Québécoise.Ces personnes , qui croient, que tout leurs ai dû et prône la mediocrité,ce présente dans des bureaux d'optiques en voulant un service alors qu'ils ont acheté leurs montures en ligne...ça prend du culot! Bref Boni Vision offre des montures à des prix concurrentiel et honnête et ce dans l'esprit familial qui habite les lieux depuis plus de 40 ans. L'essayer,c'est l'adopter.

Personnel aisément rude et non courtois. Fonctionne comme un département de services de santé public. Vous réclame votre carte d'assurance maladie dès votre arrivée sous prétexte quelconque. Réticent a vous remettre une copie de la prescription de votre examen de la vue. Très peu flexible envers leur clientèle. Lunette par ailleurs a prix d'amis!

Alors qu'à plusieurs endroits, le personnel se contente de nous dire que la lunette nous va ou pas, à Boni-Vision LeGardeur, on a vraiment pris le temps de trouver avec moi la lunette qu'il me fallait. Je n'ai jamais eu autant de compliments! Un merci spécial à Nancy.
