The team here have been giving our family excellent service for over 20 years. Very easy to deal with. Clean and bright store. COVID-19 restricts 5 clients in the store max.

I was helped by Laeticia and she was so sweet. She took her time and helped fix my glasses. It was the best customer service I’ve gotten, will be going back !

I’m a patient there and I purchased my eyeglasses there. I had a urgent emergency and they tell me they are booked to see the optometrist! I’m so happy I found an optometrist on Henri-Bourassa boulevard who were nice and caring to take me in as a patient. Very disappointed with Greich & Scaff. I will never return there!
