This place is unquestionably the worst optometrist practice in Montreal. Granted the actual optometrist, is a marvel, the employee's on the other hand fall nothing short form clueless to ignorant. I honestly had a wonderful experience starting out, found out I needed a new prescription and with a frame of my own in good condition opted to give it right to them. The next day, I received a call saying they forgot to make me sign a form stating that if the glasses were damaged, it was not their fault but was told it is just precautionary. After almost 2 weeks, I returned, only to find my frame damaged with some gunk with the reply of "it is your fault, it impossible the damage came from our processes". The woman continued to insist this and above all said, "well there is no point in talking about it because its done and you signed the paper". I walked out with my damaged frames and this will be the last time I ever go there. But by far the worst part, beyond the actual gunk around the bridge of the nose, paired to the crude response, is the fact that something in their process was wrong and they did not even care but also the lack of empathy in this individual and her colleague (trying to keep the story short). For those such as I, who had their own 500 $ frame in great condition (viable bias), be warned; there must surely be a better place that takes care of your eyes.

Went to place vertu to buy my glasses. The staff was very accommodating, super friendly and very professional. They helped me choose the right frame without being pushy or aggressive. The price was very affordable and they were ready in a short amount of time. Will definitely go back for my next purchase
