Literally one of the worst business I’ve dealt with. The frame of the glasses I got with them broke after a few months. I gave them in for repair, which took 5 months.. they ended up just sticking the parts with some super glue. I have asked the manager to call me multiple times so we cad discuss the issue, he has never called me back. I wasn’t even able to see properly in class for 5 months, or drive at night. They definitely do not care about their customers and don’t care about doing good business. I would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else.

I have had nothing but good friendly, service from Dr. Ponomarenko and his staff. I find his no-nonsense professionalism very refreshing. I must admit that my opinion was not formed after just one visit.

Worst experience ever! They quoted me $50.00 and it turned out to be $80.00. Then the optometrist completely screwed up my prescription. When I went back, because it I couldn't see anything, he was a belligerent jerk, who refused to fix his mistake. Needless to say, it has turned out be very expensive and time consuming ordeal, since I have had to go see another optometrist to have my prescription adjusted. Oh, and the optometrist looks and behaves like Stalin. Take my advice, go anywhere else.
