I have been a regular client for 6 year, buying eyeglass for my own frames (i have a very small head and nothing fits me). I bought at least 4 pairs of prescriptions and 3 pairs solar eyeglass. I have always been happy with customer service and everything, I even recommended the place to many of my friends. Last time i went for buying prescription glasses for a new frame and they quoted twice the price I regularly pay with no explanation of that difference. The seller wouldn't believe the price I used to pay for the same service despite the fact all my orders and bills were in the computer. He didn't even try to negociate with me or anything he just left the second after I said I wouldn't pay double price and let me go. I guess they have no interest in keeping their loyal customer, so I'll never go back.

Bad customer service. They gave me a prescription for contact lenses that was only good for one year and when i tried to get them to extend it, they refused saying i needed to book an appointment for an eye exam to do so. Ridiculous.

I visited the New Look on Saint Joseph and I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 of the staff members. Both Tuan and Genevieve were very helpful and made picking out a new pair of glasses fun!! They helped me to customize my lenses and frames and I would reccomend anyone to go visit this New Look if they need help choosing a pair of glasses.

I felt that the staff was generally nice but also impatient. The store felt understaffed for a Saturday, especially with the specials they had going on. Finally I made a deposit on a pair and will still follow through with my purchase.

Went there today for an eyes exam. Everything went well. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful and Dr. Ross was really nice and professional. I had some questions and he answered all of them. I paid a decent price. Will defenately return!
