J'ai eu un excellent service. Une belle compréhension de l'Équipe, car j'en étais à mes premières lunettes. J'ai eu plusieurs rencontres afin d'ajuster le tout. merci

Un gros 0. Appeler et confirmer 3x la date et l’heure, en précisant ne pas pouvoir avant due à un horaire de travail fixe. Arriver la date, on me dis que je devais venir 2h plus tôt et n’ayant pas appeler la veille, car ils n’ont pas le bon numéro. 1 erreur peut-être, mais 2 erreurs, changer votre secrétaire ? Décidément, je ne fait plus jamais affaire avec vous.

J'ai été client à cette succursale pendant 4 ans. Au début, j'y ai été servi par d'excellents vendeurs. Malheureusement, depuis les 2 dernières années, j'ai trouvé que le service s'est considérablement dégradé. Il y avait souvent des erreurs dans mes commandes et mes prises de rendez-vous. Il m'a semblé y avoir un manque de communication entre les employés. Pour le prix, ça n'équivalait plus le service.

Je suis allez un dimanche matin car mes lunettes pour la vue était briser au niveau de la branche même si elles ne venaient pas de la bas ils ont accepté de me les réparer sans frais en plus contrairement a un compétiteur de ou venait mes lunettes Excellent service je recommande
