Très très déçu gens inexpérimentés, après avoir osé changer d’optémetrice avec qui nous faisions affaire depuis 16ans nous avons voulu essayer lunetterie Farhat pour leur promotion alléchante (3pour 1) sauf que lorsqu’il fut le temps de récupérer la monture de mon conjoint surprise on ne pouvait pas amincire au maximum le verre puisque la monture (avec fils de soie) n’aurait su tenir le coup. Personne ne nous l’a mentionné lors de l’achat sinon nous en aurions choisi une autre au départ. Peu on ce faire rembourser? Non une note de crédit seulement (comme si nous avions envis d’acheter à nouveau). Je préfère payé pour avoir du service.

Je n'ai pas fait affaire avec eux mais le manque de réponse aux commentaires montre déjà le service qu'il doit y avoir. Dommage pour eux, je me fie sur les commentaires pour choisir ma lunetterie.

Après avoir brisé eux-mêmes un de mes verres de mes lunettes, les patrons refusent de le remplacer. Mes lunettes étaient parfaites avant d'y aller. Si moi je brise un objet appartenant à une autre personne, je le remplace, voyons!!!! On appelle ça du respect.
