Staff in store= Amazing. Delays over 2 months, many mistakes in my orders, delays, redo, delays and redo. Customer service staff (phone and chat)= way too junior and answer a lot of unrelated information just to answer. Lab seems to have issue with doing the right prescription.

I had a very pleasant encounter with Julia today at the BonLook in Place Montreal Trust, got all the info I needed and friendly customer service! Very helpful, wide selection and talk about a revival of glasses from the past, in a clean chic come back!

I find that BonLook had some good choices and the prices were okay but I was completely ignored by the patrons. I purposely went in their shop looking disheveled and it seems that they judge a person by their cover. Since I looked like I hadn't much money (I assume by the way I was dressed and looked), I was looked upon at first like I was a bum and COMPLETELY ignored thereafter. If only they knew the truth !!..lol. NOT ONE sales rep came to offer me help nor greet me. I asked a girl for help and she rudely told me she was assisting another client. Did I mention the other girl sales rep was alone and on her cell. BAD BAD BAD !!

Nice frames but the MOST incompetent staff. I came in to order my frames and was told they would be ready in 7-10 days. They came in after 7 days and were actually a defective pair of frames. I go back to the store because of course defects happen sometimes. They tell me they have just ordered me a new pair and it will be delivered on rush so I would have it in 3 days max. 10 days later I get a call saying that they were in but not even at carrefour Laval, they were at Fairview. Turns out they were actually at carrefour but they ordered the wrong colour. Fine, I wait another 10 days and no call. I go to the store myself and asked if they were ready because they were supposed to be ready by now. They tell me they haven’t received them. The SECOND I leave the store I get a missed call and text saying that my glasses have just arrived. At this point I’m thinking this is a joke. I go back to the store and check if this is for real. They did infact recieve them, yet it was another defective pair. They tell me that each frame is made differently and the pattern is never alike. But one side is white and the other side is a pattern. I tell them I think this is unacceptable so they go in the back to see if they have other frames that don’t look as bad. I find one I liked and told them I would be back because my glasses were in the car. 3 minutes later I come back in the store and somehow no one remembers who I am and are confused as to why I’m even there. I tried talking to one lady in English and French and she’s giving me attitude and talking to her coworkers infront of me as if I was not RIGHT INFRONT OF HER. Finally, this lady goes to get the guy that helped me pick out the frame I liked best and tell him I want to speak to him so he’s confused but all I wanted was to switch my frames. So he tells this lady that that’s all I needed. So proceeds to fix my glasses and starts talking bad about me to the manager as if I couldn’t hear her again. Love the frames, hate the service. Please employ compitent people and maybe i’ll continue doing service with you.
