Quelle horreur. J'y suis allée pour réparer mes lunettes et prendre un rendez-vous pour la vue, finalement je me suis fait littéralement brisé ma paire après avoir dit que je ne voulait pas d'une monture de remplacement temporaire à 80$. Lorsque j'ai demandé les morceaux, la dame m'a dit que ma monture s'était encore plus brisée lorsqu'elle a voulu enlever les verres, car selon elle et je cite :" il aurait fallu retirer les verres à chaud". Étonnant, ça m'aurai semblé pertinent de le faire, donc ? Pour la prise de rendez-vous, c'est le même principe : il y a toujours des prix qui se rajoutent, 25$ par ci, 35 par là, 80 par ici, ajoutez aussi 70 ou plus, la liste ne finis pas. Et on est prêt à casser tes effets personnels pour que je cite "n'avoir pas le choix" d'acheter la paire et "tu n'as plus le choix" une fois que tu as dis non et que la vendeuse achève ta monture pour conclure sa vente. Et bien si j'ai le choix, et je choisis de dénoncer vos méthodes. Maintenant excusez, j'ai des lunettes à rafistoler et un vrai opticien à trouver.
