Fame at a price !

Inconsistent service. Depending on the day, you can get super friendly staff or real naughty people ! Appointments are required for minor re-adjustments like tightening the arms of glasses and you might have to wait a few weeks to get in. - Appointments with the ophthalmologist take several weeks even when you are seeking medical help for acute eye problem! - We moved our business to where we can get reasonable service.

The best If u look for high quality glasses in Montreal!!

Just had a very disappointing experience today. I had my prescription and consultation done in December with no problem, pleasant staff, very professional. This time around, I went back in to try on some new sunglasses for the summer. I told the sales associate that I had a small budget because my insurance was covering it and I'm not interested in spending more than that amount. She started to berate me with options, saying that I had to spend more than that "because the boutique believes in quality product". She lied and offered me a starting price of 220 dollars for lenses, which I challenged her on and she conceded was actually 190. Yet, in December that quoted price was much lower. I do not care what your boutique or this particular sales associate believes in. (Apparently, they believe in pushing products down people's throats). You talked down to me and lost a customer that was otherwise excited to purchase glasses from you. Bye!

Amazing customer service. I was not 100% confortable with my prescription and they re-adjusted the glasses, re-did my exam and ordered new lenses for me! Caroline has been helping me from the start - helped me find the perfect pair for my face and the style I was looking for, and making sure I was perfectly happy and confortable with the glasses. Getting sunglasses as well! Great selection too. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! Never have I seen a more professional, knowledgable, and helpful staff. They have two stores with a different inventory, so they have a great variety of choices. Most of their staff work at both spots and are familiar with the overall inventory, which proved to be very helpful. I had been looking for a particular style of glasses for quite some time and I was so happy that they were able to provide me with the exact style, which they shipped from their other shop! I enjoyed my experience so much, I wish I could hang out there all afternoon. I went back for sunglasses and found a beautiful and original pair, handcrafted in Italy and amazing quality, by Germano Gambini. I also sent my friend Anna who was on a budget and needed new glasses. She told me they had a trendy variety of vintage frames, and found a great pair at a super reasonable cost. Such a fun atmosphere and beautiful space. All in all, an easy 5stars from me!!!
