I agree with most of the reviews here. This shop has pushy sales tactics, and treats most women customers as if they were second class citizens

I had a great experience! The owner made sure I found exactly what I needed and was very patient. Would recommend to everyone looking for assistance in finding the right pair of glasses at a great price and with excellent service!

The worst customer experience I've ever had (and at the expense of $400!) Pushy sales tactics (even as I was already on my way out of the shop, having JUST purchased a pair of glasses), terrible job refitting my lenses to my frames (most likely resulting in them cracking within a year of me having them), lying to me about when I purchased my glasses so as to escape from handling warranty on glasses that had snapped in half within the warranty period (they broke in my hand as I was cleaning the lenses - far from something out of warranty, and yet when I called them to let them know of my predicament, they had apparently set the purchase date of my custom glasses a whole six months prior to when I had actually purchased them - and then called ME a liar, after I checked and double checked my bank statements), a lot of blame thrown my way for breaking the glasses, MANY excuses given for why they were right and I was wrong... I have never been treated like such an object, as someone who was just there to dispense money and to be done away with, and with such disdain. The man that served me had no inclination to help me or explain anything to me; he just wanted to sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. As when I made it clear that all I wanted was information about how to repair my glasses, the man nearly hung up on me (after, of course, trying to sell me another pair of glasses). I finally went to another lunetterie entirely, where they voluntarily and freely helped me mend my glasses. I apologize if the rest of this business functions properly and with care, but my experience was horrid.

I was so well taken care of, the fitting, the advice and an amazing choice of glasses at a fraction of the cost compared to other stores, even cheaper than Costco! Thank you so much!
