Suite à mon examen je demande à mettre des lunettes de côté pour revenir avec ma soeur. Une semaine plus tard on me téléphone pour me dire que mes lunettes sont prête? Je ne les ai même pas commandé. Je me fait répondre de venir le lendemain pour en discuter avec Martine. Je me déplace (Je n'habite pas la ville de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu). Rendu sur place j'ai un accueil plutôt froid et je me fait dire qu'il y a erreur et que les lentilles n'ont même pas été mises dans les montures. Bref, il n'y avait pas eu de commande. Aucune excuse de leur part pour l'erreur et pour mon déplacement inutile.. J'ai également demander à savoir ma distance inter-pupilaire et j'ai eu droit à un refus catégorique avec un ton de voix élevé! J'ai donc quitter en disant que je ne reviendrais plus et en partant Martine se frottait les mains en disant: bon ben c'est réglé! Bref, service très médiocre dès le moment où elle sait qu'elle est en faute et dès qu'elle sait que nous achèteront pas de lunettes à sa boutique. Pour toute cette histoire, je ne recommande pas l'endroit à mes amis et ma famille.

Les lunettes y sont abordables, le service est très professionnel et Martine la propriétaire est très attentionnée. Merci au Dr. Harbec pour son grand professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur
