Dr Kelly is so patient and kind. The staff that helped me with my glasses were awesome. I don’t know how many pairs of glasses I tried on but they were great at helping me pick out styles and were honest about giving their opinions on what did and did not look good on me. I am pleased with both of my pairs of glasses. My husband says I look “hot” in my prescription sunglasses! :)

The lady with the long black hair and glasses (didn't catch her name) was super helpful with helping me pick out which frame would suit my face! She is absolutely delightful and made my experience a lot better.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have a great selection of frames. I love my new glasses!! I really appreciate the honest feedback when I was trying on frames! 10 /10 recommend.

Myself and my whole family have been going to the Victoria Square eye centre for many years. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Woodard is excellent! The quality of their eyewear is exceptional. I have purchased eyewear from Costco as the prices were a bit cheaper however the quality comparison is not worth the few dollars you save. The follow up customer service is also great. If there is any problems they address them completely. I would recommend this group of professionals 100 percent.

My family & myself have been going to FYI for many years. Dr. Neumann is an excellent optometrist! The staff is amazing with helping you pick out glasses. My glasses arrived within the week.
