I started comng here because my old clinic was too pushy on sales. The Dr here is awesome. He is friendly and helpful. The only downside seems to be the lack of sales help. I want to buy some weird shaped glasses online but if I ever need info about my prescription it seems to start a fight. I try to explain that I would buy all my glasses in store (as I have before, contacts too) but they don't have what I'm looking for so I needed help ordering online. They seem to take this as "i need you to tell me how to never shop with you again." Please don't push your customers away when we just need help. I understand online shopping can seem like all your business is leaving but we still need you.

There is a reason for the low rating in Google. I didn't trust my instincts and went here after being an fyi customer thinking the cheap price was great. The only reason i went here was so i could to update my contact lenses prescription. Got my exam I got a trial pair and then when i asked for my contact prescription she said "no no we dont give those out thats our regulations. " and the price for the contacts are all jacked way up. 168 dollars for 6 months supply. I will have to buy them and then i will never return to this place full of vague unprofessional scam artists. If you have this policy aka scam.. tell people before they pay 100 + dollars for an eye exam.

Very bad customers service. The both persons at reception were so busy in taking off for weekend, they do not even showed interest in speaking with customer. Shop time was supposed to be closed at 6 pm and she was trying to get rid of customer at 5:00 - 5:15 pm. No respect for customers or professionalism at all .... 😕

Horrible service. The lady did not know what she was talking about. I was told there was no size smaller. That the glasses I had picked were the smallest. I bought them not knowing that they weren't the smaller size. I had thought these were the smallest size. I then went to the EYES on Hamilton, where they had the smaller size and much better service, plus a cheaper price for the same pair. I went back to this Factory Optical no less than an hour later, where I was wanting to return the glasses and was denied. She then told me that I couldn't return them, there was no refund and that she would have the size I need on Monday. Mind you, the lady in the back room was the one who seemed mad. I guess they really needed the sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY NEED TO BE MORE CLEAR ON THEIR POLICIES. No where did it say on my receipt that my glasses could not be refunded. Just go anywhere else.
