This place had been a waste of money. The last straw was when the held my wife's prescription and forced us to pay $50 for them to release it to her. This was after we had paid for the exam. They told her to buy contacts and glasses from them or pay up! Well guess what, it was cheaper to pay the $50 and get her contacts and glasses elsewhere. Lost our business after that, never to return, and will lose more money than the $50 they charged. Her last pair of glasses from them were $900. And no, that is not a typo.

I'm Kelleene, not Leslie. Just wanted to say Thank you again for the great service. Went to get my glasses serviced and they were not only friendly, but, quick. Really appreciate that in a business. All the best to you all at FYI.

Super friendly service from all staff. They were right on time for my appointment and didn’t make we wait. They sent a gift card to the person who referred me to them and efficient and professional. I’m super glad I went there for my eye exam and am heading back there for my eyewear based on my initial experience with them.
