I called in to ask about contacts and when I couldnt book right away they HUNG UP ON ME! I do not recommended as I waited 5 months just to get contacts from the Spectrum thinking is was a great place...... to be treated so rudely. Update; unfortunately the response to the is review is also a lie, they 100% hung up on me because I said "I cannot order my contacts right now, I guess I will HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOITMENT" and the secretary defiantly hung up on ME! I will never recommended or go threw this company ever. Especially after an ignorant response like that. Seems as though the huge building is not needed for the small minds.

Dr Robertson and his staff are amazing. I recommend all my friends and family to him. Couldn’t ask for better service.

This is the only clinic that provides comprehensive services to people with the dry eye syndrome in Regina. I have been regularly visiting. Really like my doctor and all the technology they have. In addition, the center is beyond beautiful. I only give it four stars because of receptionists.

I have checked my eye here once and south one once. South one is better. Eye exams was fine , docs service and behaviour was excellent . But the front desk girl was so rude , not paying attention , don’t wanna listen, showing her attitude , printing wrong prescription . Totally bad experience . At the very first when she examed my eyes, she could not save my left retinas picture in the system, so doctor asked to take picture again. They should focus on hiring generous people not arrogant persons.

Wow! Such a great place to buy your contacts, glasses, or even get an eye exam. I truly have loved my experience with the spectrum so far. Perfect quality and hospitality. I am very satisfied!
