Dont do warranty

After spending 1200.00 dollars combined on street prescription glasses as well as safety glasses, I had my safety glasses frame break. They broke as I was putting them on my face, stretching the arms out just enough so i would not stick them into my eyes as I donned my glasses. These are Armourx type safety glasses which When not being worn at work, were put in their case in my lunch kit. The maker of these glasses would not warranty this for who knows why, however having broke them so easily, I think the reason may be quite apparent. They are junk. So Popick not only sells expensive junk that the manufacturer is unwilling to warranty, but will not step up to the plate and warranty the junk that they are selling themselves. I do not recommend this place in any way shape or form.

Took my mom in her 80's to see Dr Popick when she had a major problem. The staff was very courteous, competent and took time with us. Dr Popick was businesslike, efficient and thorough. We had to wait at times, but in 90 minutes we did several tests in several rooms and he had the problem diagnosed and treatment plan in place.

Slightly more expensive but truly excellent service. Well worth the money. The staff and doctors were friendly professionals of the highest order and somehow they cut my new glasses in twenty minutes while I waited! I can't guarantee that they can do that for you but I will say they are great in their field and I trust them with my vision.

Great eye dr and staff was friendly but they are most concerned with selling new glasses, as soon as you are done eye exam and they charge for diabetics an extra feeā€¦.the last eye dr I have seen there was no extra fee for diabetic exams! Just saying be prepared to spend money even though supposed to be free exam

I took my 3 year old here as a new patient, the staff at the front desk were very unwelcoming and rude, the girl that did the first exam did her job properly and had a good attitude towards me and my son and sent us to wait for the doctor, we waited about a half an hour, its hard to occupy a small child for that long, when the doctor did come he didn't introduce himself, questioned to why my teenage daughter was with me saying "surprised they even let you in here" he continued to do the exam without explaining to my very smart son what to expect, he's not good with children and became very rude and frustrated when he had to repeat instructions not to move his head just his eyes, he kept giving the same instructions over and over again without trying to rephrase it for a child to understand and was pushing very roughly on his forehead to hold him still, he showed no patience or compassion and my son had been excited to go there and behaved very well and answered all the questions DrPopick interuptted me everytime and only wanted to talk himself and treated us like we were stupid we thanked them when we left which went unanswered, if you love your family, which I'm sure you do, take them somewhere else because they won't give the proper care, we relocated from Ontario and are used to better treatment from our healthcare professionals, they are paid enough to treat people with respect as is deserved by humankind without any payment at all
