We had a ear nose and throat appointment for my sick child, and I have my 2 month baby wit me. The store manager was very understanding when I explained the situation and if there is space she will do everything she can to share the space.

Poor service very unprofessional staff... went idylwyde Dr branch 20 days before for my kid glasses and lady with intrne deals me feels like she was avoiding me and i realized that she is giving me some sort of fevor my kid prescription was expired i told her can you order my kid glasses save time bcz my kids glasses was broken and he was very un stable feeling with out glasses and i will give you updated prescription ASAP after long debaite i manage to convence her she checked with supplier the availability and ordered for me according to her it will be 4 working day but maximam one week..ok i faxed my kid prescription with in 4 days and waiting for their call as i said poor customer service they proof again no one gave me follow up i called after 8 days..Ohhhh ya i will check sorry its not here wait we will let you know..i called today around 3 pm after 8 days meanz total 19 days to check...oh yaa let me check yes we received yesterday you will come for measerment and payment so that we can start....🤨🤨 wow Bravo excelent customer not service👏👏👏 you guys should hire someone to teach the follow up and customer service..let see i will go tomorrow again wit my kid
