Great service and great selection of glasses. Today I was in a rush and without thinking ordered a 6 month order of contacts. About an hour later, someone from the office called me back to ask if maybe I just wanted three months instead, as that is what I do regularly. With my coverage, every three months works best - I thought this phone call was above and beyond what an optomitrist office is expected to do! Exceptional!

I did not even want to give one star but you have to pick at least one to post your review. Can I get a minus minus. This was my first time trying FYI and I will never go back again. I went in July and I still don't have my glasses. They made a major mistake and they have yet to fix it. I am not going to guess the reason for their incompetence but I have my suspicions. I will shout my displeasure with all my glass wearing friends to NOT go to FYI even if they have to wait elsewhere. After my experience I can not think why anyone would go there. Still waiting, the way this has been going I won't be surprised if I never get my glasses...

Went for my checkup in August and was not pleased. I had expressed my unhappiness with my current glasses which were purchased there 2 years ago. The coatings were failing and my vision was cloudy because of it. When I expressed my concerns to the optometrist his comment was "well your a fussy one". At the end of my appointment I took my prescription with me and went elsewhere to purchase new frames and lenses. Definitely won't be going back. Have already found a new optometrist. I have been wearing glasses for upwards of 40 years and I have never had a problem like that. I paid a good deal of money for extremely poor quality and unprofessional service. Definitely not interested in keeping me as a customer - I had been a patient for over 10 years. Lesson learned.

I am not sure but I think the customer service with some of the younger ladies probably under 35 yrs of age need to be a little more helpful. My spouse went for her appointment, she has always had a great experience... Until today. The customer service for help to pick out her glasses was terrible. She wasn't even given any options if she wanted any of the extra water repellent/scratch resistant features for her lenses. Even though in my spouses case could be covered so far. But this recent experience was not a good one, especially this lady made us feel uncomfortable. Conversation wise, was pretty well unwelcoming. If staffing doesn't ensure quality customer service I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. Please bring back all the staff that was there a year ago. Bright cheery lovely ladies.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is terrible and their hours of operation are terrible also. I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them and both were wrong, couldn't see a thing, fuzzy blurry vision. What a waste of money and time, I won't be going back ever again.
