I've been going here for 10 years and I'm happy with the service and expertise of the doctors.

Feb 16, 2015
so you spend about 5-10 minutes with the receptionist doing the "look at the hot air balloon" like you've done for the past 15 years (will they ever update that bloody image?) and she takes you into the eye doctors office where she inputs all the numbers for him... so basically the receptionist is doing the majority of the work and getting paid less than half the amount of the actual eye doctor... who by the way only spends about 5-10 minutes flipping the dials on the special equipment asking, "is 1 better than 2?" "is 2 better than 3?" and all in all, it takes about 20 minutes and you spend 140$ just to find out your prescription has changed... like the doctor didn't even bother explaining what astigmatism was or how to help correct it. I learned that from the eye people at Costco later that night... so basically just go to Costco for all your eye needs.
