My hubby bought frameless glasses from these people with the scratch resistant feature. When they were scratched they were brought in. The first thing the service person was contradict their statement if there's any issues with the glasses, bring them in. They're brought in and I learn scratches were not part of the warranty agreement. First off, the scratch resistant application either doesn't work due to poor quality or it never was applied to begin with. There is no resistance. Right there you're paying for something that isn't worth so much as a dime. Now, as a "courtesy" they repaired the glasses by either removing the scratch or replacing the lens. When I picked them up it was with hope there'd be no further issues. I was wrong. The same glasses get scratched again and even worse than the first time around. The craziest part about all this is there's nothing that's been come across where these glasses should have become scratched in the first place. At least not as badly as they have been scratched. They didn't come into contact with anything that would mark them up this badly. Prior to dealing with this particular store, my hubby used to buy his glasses at a competitor's (Superstore). With them he never had issues at all. The only reason he chose Walmart was because they had a 2 for 1 special for their glasses. Some special. The one set of glasses have become completely useless within a matter of 2 months. The other set the hubby now wears with extreme caution, but already with the previous pair he wasn't exactly encountering situations where his glasses were at risk of damage. It's already concluded going to these people a second time for a repeated issue after they already said it was a "courtesy service" the first time around would be a waste of time. The scratch the glasses have now is considerably worse than before and it's now a wonder what exactly was done to those glasses. Were they really fixed, or masked to make it seem that way and the scratch worked it's way through whatever it was they did? We'll never really know what happened, but one thing is for certain. This store sells inferior products to people that pay good money for. While Walmart isn't exactly known for quality products to begin with, one would at least like to think when it comes to something like visual care there would at least be some kind of pride to their work. There's none. These guys are a total waste of your time and money.

Great frames and prices. A little inconvenient as glasses seem to take longer to come in here than other place I’ve been. Plus all came in separate, three trips in later.....Had to send one pair back for a permanent smear on lens. Got them fixed, seems like the other lens has the same problem. It’s not to bad so I’ll live with it bc I don’t want to be bothered with some of the staff there. Kind of ignorant for their mistake, a simple sorry would have gone a long way.
