A great location, nice for all events especially if you are an energy adjacent industry. Yard is filled with interesting bits of energy infrastructure and a drilling rig. Nice hall for events, and decent catering options.

A great space in a remote area of the city. Excellent for events; bring your own sound system.

Great place for a wedding or year end celebration. It is a little out of the way though.
