This was an amazing getaway for my husband and I on our anniversary. Wonderfully clean and staff was so helpful and professional. They even brought us chocolate covered strawberries as a treat. Super clean bathroom and lovely linens. Beds were so soft. I can't say enough nice things.

The Palliser is a lovely place to stay in Calgary. It is within walking distance of many downtown activities. The service is excellent and friendly. There are interesting and unique dining options in the restaurant. The Melting Chocolate Sphere for dessert is not to be missed. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated, with a nice shower.

Staff here are friendly and accommodating. The location is close to Stephen ave and cabs are always readily available just outside the front doors. The foyer is beautiful with all the elegant decor. Although the rooms could be updated a bit and the washrooms are a tiny bit to small. The rooms feel basic. Not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

My wife had a negative brunch experience, and we were invited to dine as the hotel's guests as an apology. Food was great - astoundingly large portions - and service was prompt and friendly. Not a place for the budget-conscious but a nice meal experience.

Beautiful and elegant high-end Hotel located in the heart of Calgary. In my opinion probably the top hotel in the city. Staff is always incredibly polite and accommodating. Rooms are well-appointed and impeccably clean.
