Very nice looking hotel, good service. We had a good two night stay. Room was clean, comfortable. Well priced breakfast - my kid liked very much (I didn't go). Not much around the area, very industrial but it's Edmonton and were there for a tournament so the location worked.

The staff was very welcoming at the front desk and gave very helpful directions to the second bank of elevators to find our room. The room was clean and super comfy beds! The decor of the hotel right down to the hallways were very beautiful. I don’t think you can get much better. :)

This hotel is very nice. However if you have a family I do not recommend coming here as it is not close to amenities that families need when they are traveling. This hotel is located in an industrial center so there are no stores within walking distance if anything is needed. The pool facility looks quite nice, the rooms are a bit on the small side but overall it is a nice hotel

First impressions were good, the bartender who served me was very kind and professional. Room was decent, but there were a few long black hairs strewn about the bathroom. Also, the room (top floor) was fairly noisy due to the winds knocking around what sounded like metal roof components, but I was able to sleep through it. This morning was the main disappointment. I went to the restaurant for breakfast, obeyed the sign that said "Please Be Seated", but sat for 15 minutes without service. The worst part being I made eye contact with two seperate servers, one of whom walked right past me and offered coffee to a table who was just sitting down. I overheard that table talking about breakfast tickets, so I shared my concern about the service with reception and asked if the breakfast service was exclusive or something. They informed me it wasn't, the tickets were just prepaid. One staff member called the restaurant and said that I was complaining about not getting service, to which the excuse was their shift just started. Breakfast opens at 6:30, I sat at 7:00. I was offered a free breakfast voucher, but I refused and explained I am more concerned about how their conduct is negatively affecting Guest Experience. Both staff members seemed fairly neutral about the whole thing so I promptly checked out. Please provide some adequate training to your staff, or hire staff who will care about your guests.

Great hotel in general! People at the desk are really nice and helpful and the waitress at the breakfast buffet were smiling and easy to talk to! I have stayed at this hotel for 50 days in a row and the room service was excellent (special thanks to Anissa who’s working on the second floor). Only issue I’ve had is with the delays with things like their fitness machine (6 weeks since they told me they were going to install one) and their steam room who are not operational as of right now... so don’t expect a full fitness room! But overall experience was excellent!
