New management are making a big difference in this faded old-boys hangout. The food is more contemporary, the wines better, the glasses cleaner. Rumour has it the dumb space dividers are coming out, which will make the fireplace lounge much more attractive. Bike parking exists, but is often jammed into the bushes, and only holds about 3 bikes. Much room for improvement yet, but things are looking up.

Had lunches here in a conference I visited at University of Alberta. Has a restaurant with decent menu options and good quality of food. The view from this place is great. The staff is pretty friendly.
