I have mixed feelings on this place. The service, cleanliness, overall appearance is fine. The lighting is a little dark and makes the food look a little washed out. The selection of food varies from chicken, pork ribs, ham, Chinese food, fish, fried stuff (onion rings, fish, etc). It all tasted okay but nothing really stood out. Because of that, I think the asking price is a bit steep for dinner prices. I liked the "build your own taco" section that uses ingredients from the salad bar. The salad bar is good. The place focuses on large groups and parties and not really a place for a "nice meal" (I do realize this is a buffet). I personally just don't think it's worth going as I feel other buffets bring better value. I heard the other locations are better. I feel this franchise should have one location and make that one location the best buffet in town. Edmonton buffets are hard to come by.

There isn't a wide variety of food and it's mostly low-quality Chinese food, fried food, and some seafood (clams & shrimp). The fish (not fried) didn't taste that great and had a strange pickle juice flavour on the dry bits. The shrimp tasted boring and they had two versions - which tasted the same. The carvery-portion that this restaurant is known for was very disappointing because it was all pork. Dessert options were fine but couldn't find the soft-serve ice cream so it may not be available all the time. The restaurant is clean and service overall was fine. With the dinner rate of +$30 (with tax), it's just not worth it. The quality and flavour of the food tastes like it should be a $15 buffet, like an average lunch buffet. I had to try it but probably won't be going back anytime soon. It's way too expensive for Chinese food drenched in syrup and fried onions rings, because that's as far as their variety of foods goes. The restaurant may have potential if it improved flavour and/or added more variety of meats. At this point, this buffet doesn't match up to other buffets, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like it. Edit: the owner claims they have more foods like AAA roast beef when there was none there. Maybe it was just the day I went. Also, a tip for the owner: rude responses reflect heavily on your restaurant.

Easy to bring a large group to. Because of buffet it is a short time from arriving to everyone having food. Nanaimo bars were great. Reasonable selection. It would be nice if they had more than one credit card machine takes a little while for 10 people to pay. Chocolate fountain is awesome.

A big restaurant with tons of seating even though there food area is fairly small. They have a very small selection of foods. The food seemed old and low quality for how much you pay. The food is old and low quality for any amount of money you should pay. The staff seem out of it and disconnected from the customers. The guy cutting the meat didn't even cut anything. Had to reach around the glass to grab some old slices. I would not recommend.
