The park is very well maintained. When I was there it was full of staff planting flowers and a variety of homeless people sleeping on the lawn or moving to different sleeping locations on the lawn to get away from events and staff. Littering and day time drinking by the homeless is always a people watching delight. More money in flowers then for funds to help the homeless I bet. Good Job Red Deer! Ignorance is bliss.

Summer in City Hall Park is the BEST! The flowers and other plants are so beautiful and peaceful to be around! I also love that each year is a new theme, and that they create pictures with the flowers. Absolutely amazing!

A beautiful little park in the heart of downtown. Beautiful flowers in the summer and the Christmas light are really beautiful.
