I'm a regular guest at this property. Front desk staff are always friendly and know me by my last name! Great location for a hotel really close to lots of restaurants including Carvers steakhouse and 612 lounge which is on located on the main floor. Club Lounge & rooms are always nice and clean, from time to time I enjoy hosting quick meetings in the Club Lounge. I'm looking forward to my next stay here in the near future!

Tom and I had our reception for our wedding at the top of the Inn on July 28th, 2018. There is nothing but good things I have to say about the Sheraton Cavalier and their service for our event. They did a fantastic job of getting the room ready the day before the wedding and allowed us time to set up the day before as well! Their buffet meal was absolutely fantastic at the wedding, it was hot, tasty, and there was plenty of food for everyone! They made sure every single one of our guests was taken good care of. If I did it all over again I would choose the Sheraton Cavalier 100 times out of 100 to have my reception for my wedding at :) Lindsay Cheveldayoff was an amazing woman to work with throughout the whole planning process. Thanks for making our wedding day that much more memorable!

From the moment we sat down the attentiveness and the knowledge of our server was exceptional. Felt like we were the only individuals in the restaurant. Amazing atmosphere, remarkable food and outstanding experience Stop by and see for yourself!

Eaten brunch at Scarlet restaurant many times. It's always been a good value and a delicious breakfast. You can order Starbucks from the one in the lobby while eating in the restaurant, which can be nice. They recently updated their menu, too. I'll be going back to try some of the things I saw, since many new items seemed like they could be tasty.

Went to the restaurant here this mothers day. We've been here before and it was good. My mother in law asked for a meal but no arugula on it. So when our meals came there was the arugula on top. The waitress even asked the kitchen staff to not put it on and she wrote it on the order. So she takes it back and brings another one. My mother in law begins eating and realizes there's arugula underneath the egg! They hid it! So she tells the waitress again and took an allergy pill as she's allergic to it. Manager did come apologize so that was good but we all ordered the breakfast potatoes with our meals and every single one was cold. Not Luke warm but cold. We did get fresh hot ones but it wasn't until we were done our meals and full.
