My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Glenoaks Ballroom earlier this month, and were completely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Haik and his staff, as well as the quality and value of the service they provided. Haik worked with us to make sure we received exactly what we envisioned for our wedding reception. The venue was beautiful, the amenities top notch, the food was amazing, and the service was exquisite. The staff worked with our vendors to make sure everything was set up perfectly for our event ahead of our arrival. From start to finish, our guests had a great time. And importantly, we didn't have to worry about anything during our reception; we were able to enjoy ourselves and trust the staff to take care of the rest.
On a personal note, we appreciate Haik's sincerity and friendliness. Planning a wedding can be stressful -- you have many vendors to coordinate and follow up with -- but Haik worked with us to make things as easy as possible. We cannot express our gratitude to him strongly enough.
