Incredible experience, from taste of food, price, organization of staff, hall layout, and efficiency in preparing for our wedding day. Ken is a wedding guru as he would respond to our emails promptly and provided amazing advice following our abundance of questions. The price was extremely competitive and I am so happy with what I got for the cost, absolutely content. Ken played a major role in making our wedding absolutely perfect as he was on site the entire night, ensuring food, bar, and staff were perfect, even providing crucial and useful suggestions to us along the way. As an Italian, food had to be perfect for me and the antipasto and beef tenderloin were heavenly. Even as the wedding ended Ken maintained his professionalism and constant assistance, helping us gather our things and not rushing us at all for payment and collecting all of our belongings. Our experience was incredible and even our guests were extremely impressed. Highly recommend this gem of a hall, and especially Ken!

The entire process from beginning to end was amazing! Hazelton Manor is not only a gorgeous venue, the customer service is amazing. Ken Cristofi made the process so easy for us and was always available to answer any questions we had and offer suggestions to make the process easier. Ken assisted us so much throughout the process and always had a smile or joke to make us laugh when times became a little stressful. The week of the wedding, he assisted us when we had a slight issue with our favours and saved the day for us. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was but more importantly, how amazing the food tasted and the quality of the food selections. My Husband and I would recommend Hazelton Manor for any event, not just a wedding. It truly was our fairytale day. At the beginning of our journey, we visited several venues but after meeting with Ken, we were sold and ready to sign. Poor customer service at other venues is what led us to Hazelton Manor and they did not disappoint. Ken is amazing!! 5 stars!!

Amazing experience! Ken has been so supportive and has connected us to many potential wedding professionals (florist, DJ, photographer and many more) . The staff are super personal and down to earth. They are truly there to make sure your wedding day is a dream come true. I can’t wait for our big day and thank you Hazelton for helping us share our special day with family and friends. Cheers to new journeys ❤️

We had my wedding at Hazelton Manor on April 14 (yes during the ice storm) and it could not have been more perfect. Ken and the rest of the staff made sure that everything was running smoothly, on time, and made sure all the guests were very happy. He made the time and effort to also speak to and get to know the members of our family and our wedding party and made sure that throughout the night they too were also having a good time. If something was not right, he would fix it right away. The hall was absolutely beautiful and we did not have to do much decorating, which was great. The food was also very tasty! My guests commented on how lovely the hall was and how great the food was as well. The staff was incredible, from bringing the food and clearing up to the bar which was staffed by 3 bartenders most of the night which meant that no one had to wait more than a minute for their drinks! Ken definitely sold and made our entire wedding at the Hazelton Manor exceptional, we could not have been more pleased with how it turned out! I would definitely recommend Hazelton Manor to anyone planning a wedding!

Ken Christofi was the most amazing venue coordinator I have ever worked with. Very professional, courteous and knows how to make the bride/groom feel special and taken care of. Ken went above and beyond in so many ways, we are very grateful. The venue is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of., we received so many compliments on the venue and the staff. Would definitely recommend this venue, thanks once again!
