Attended a few events here now. This time was a wedding. The banquet rooms were nicely appointed, well set up. The dinner was well done, even though the steaks were a tad bit over done at our table and the salads were in desperate need of more dressing. The table and bar service for drinks was great and prices were reasonable for what they were serving. In between the ceremony and reception, we spent some time at raw bar. They were busy with wedding traffic and, since it had started to rain, their patio traffic moved inside as well. Our server, Barnett, handled the influx of people well. You could tell he was busy but he still gave great professional service.

We had our wedding at Hotel Arts yesterday and it could not have gone better! Very well organized, with professional and friendly staff. We had dinner at the Yellow door and had room service for breakfast and both were fantastic!! Nothing but compliments from our guests about the food and room set up. Jim went above and beyond with set up, lighting and decorating, absolutely loved his vision and insight. The room we stayed in was bright and clean. Thanks to all the staff but especially Nicola and Jim. Highly recommend Hotel Arts as a wedding venue.

Hotel Arts provided a great experience for us in Calgary. They accomodated for our late arrival (due to our delayed flight), greeted us kindly and were beyond helpful finding us the right room. Amazing location with great food not more than a few steps away; the restaurant here is as good as it gets! Rooms were nice but nothing spectacular. Clean and comfy so that’s what matters. Pool is well designed and the hotel as a whole has a unique feel to it. Would return in a heartbeat both to Calgary and this hotel.

The Yellow Door Bistro was OUTSTANDING! The food presentation was amazing, service exceptional, and prices affortable. We had the BEST meal, leisurely and not rushed. A true culinary delight! The hotel itself was nice. We were disappointed there was no business center, but the front desk staff happily printed our boarding passes for us! A++ guys!!(and gals!)

Welcoming Staff to Awesome Location It was my first stay in Hotel Arts. Welcoming staff to awesome location. This hotel stands off for the following details: very comfortable bed, to unique pillows which allows for a good sleep. Impressive line of body wash to lotion in dispenser allows to have minimal waste. Decor was unique and impressive. Kudos to staff and management. Will definetely stay again in this location.
