HUGE WEDDING DISAPPOINTMENT! I used Vicki for my wedding in Canmore. When I initially met with her she was great, seemed to have good ideas and understand exactly what I wanted. In the contract we had specifically asked for plumb/burgundy flowers in the tables, she had suggested orchids and callas so I paid a premium of over $100 a table to have these flowers wrapping the centre pieces. I also specified that I was VERY allergic to lilies so no lilies were to be in any arrangements. On wedding day it was an absolute disaster! The head table arrangement was entirely pink lilies and the centre pieces were white daisy heads chopped off with greenery, I paid over a hundred dollars for each table which had less than $10 worth of flowers on it and no colour. Bridal party bouquets again were cheap flowers and very small. She was very difficult to deal with and only ever refunded $500 (cost of the arrangement with lilies) of over $2000. Avoid this place at all costs.

WOW! Vicki arranged my flowers for my wedding and she did such an incredible job giving me just what I asked for. I had my mother-in-law pick up the flowers on my wedding day morning and when I saw them, I was so overwhelmed I had tears in my eyes. I sent her a picture of what I wanted 7 months before the wedding and she did a bang-on job. Thank you, Vicki, for delivering such an amazing product that made my wedding day that much more special. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Julia Dachyshyn

Nothing was as I wanted it and I am upset every time I look at my wedding pictures. My flowers were burgundy and turquoise when they were supposed to be plum purple/purple and teal. I had asked for a very large bride bouquet and got a regular sized if not small one. I've personally seen over double the amount of flowers at weddings where they paid 1/3 what I paid. Huge disappointment.
