Sometimes when you attend a conference you get stuck at terrible hotels, this was one of them. Upon check in until I left the service was pretty poor. The whole place needs a update. Why don't they put any indication of where the gym is located? The gym equipment was broken. The tv menu sucks, I mean really slow.

I was at the Sheraton for a funeral so the stay was not long but the staff was great and understanding to the situation and helped everyone out the best that could be. The hall was clean and well setup and fit almost 400 guests.

While it may be the best hotel in Red Deer; Sheraton should have seriously considered a renovation of this property before putting their name on it. It is VERY tired. A/C fan in my room doesn't work and light bulbs are burned out. Cold water spigot in the sink actually warms up to hot after opening the valve and runs hot water for about a minute and a half before finally transitioning to cooler water. Same for the shower. How much water you think that wastes daily??

I mean it was great but I was there to write an exam which wasn't so great.
