I had an absolutely awesome experience at Novia Mia. First of all my family and I really appreciated the one on one nature of the dress shopping. It was very relaxed and organized which made a hard decision so much easier! The selection of dresses was great, with many unique designs. I really was not sure what I wanted in a dress. After I gave a convoluted description of what I was hoping for, Maddie managed to bring me several options that I absolutely loved. She seemed to know what I wanted, even when I didn't know myself. When I was trying to make a decision between two amazing dresses, Maddie gave me some wise words of advice and ultimately helped me decide on the perfect dress. Furthermore, the dress came in very fast and was a seamless experience. Thank you again!

I only ever heard great things about this bridal store so I was looking forward to my appointment but I left very disappointed. My consultant Ashley could have cared less about me and what I wanted. I came in very open to ideas and suggestions but she only pulled a couple dresses in one style and when I did not like them, she said she did not have anything else for me. My mom went to look for dresses with her and found that they did not have much of a selection and that the quality of the dresses were not great. The consultant also continually pointed out that I did not fit into the sample size dresses, which does not help in enjoying the process. Another lady came in and tried to help but but bombarded me with so many questions that I felt overwhelmed. Overall, the store did not have a nice vibe to it. It seemed as if they were trying to come off as fancy, but just came off as cold and inexperienced. When we went to leave the consultant did not say goodbye or even acknowledge us and gave us attitude when we asked for some more information on a couple of the dresses such as price. I left with a very negative and disappointing experience. I would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone.

Best experience i have had dress shopping! The ladies were delightful, friendly and very helpful! They take the time to get to know about you, youre style and your wedding! I gave my consultant Maddie an idea of what i wanted for a dress and she came back with the dress i said Yes too! The store has a great variety, prices and the dresses are unique compared to other stores! Had a Blast and would recommend this store to everyone! 💜

Made an angry comment the other day, and though I still feel much of that anger, the manager did go out of her way to call me and talk with me about my complaints and put her best foot forward to help solve them. In my eye, any business that goes out of their way to solve complaints isn’t so bad.
