Great resort. We stayed in the condominium style room and it was perfect for us. Lots of space and comfortable beds. In a good location and easy to get to the beach. Cleaning service were a bit early and showed up to clean the room at 8am both days we were here.

Spent the weekday to this place last June3 and 4 and it didn't disappoint. Have no idea about this place but a friend recommended it big time. Staff's are all professional and went above and beyond. From front desk, housekeeping, chefs, servers are all superstars in their own league. I would definetely recommend this place to all people who wanted to have an amazing experience with nature, serenity and pampered by the awesome people who works there. Will definitely come back for more.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else you possibly can, we decided to stay for my sisters wedding. We had everything from drunk staff annoying us in our rooms forcing us to order alcohol at 10am (then trying to secretly add it to our dinner bills) to being served dinner and beverages in broken cups and dishes, they dropped our food and wouldn't bring us new food until I complained, key cards wouldn't work half the time, they charged us for 2 suites and only let us know we had one suite, it wasn't until check out when I asked why it was a couple hundred dollars more than what we were quoted that we found out that they were trying to charge for two. We're an extremely easy going family so the fact that we we're this frustrated by the end of our stay really says alot. I do want to thank the cleaning crew however, they do a fantastic job and I wish I could leave them a 5 star review and leave the owner and his staff this bad review. The location is nice but the staff other than the cleaning crew we're just a complete nightmare.

Beautiful views!! Hotel is rustic in feeling and clean. Pool is cold but not bad once you get in and get moving. Little disappointed with the bed, very hard. Back is quite sore after three nights. Staff was friendly for the most part. At check out they tried to accuse of wrecking a power pole based solely on the type of truck we drive. Should check facts before making accusations!! All in all it was a pleasant stay but a few small things made it less then wonderful.
