Shauna and Gareth are really great to work with, they make you feel right at home and they were fantastic with our kids during our newborn photo session. They also dedicate a lot of time to each shoot, we never felt rushed despite having to stop several times to feed and deal with the baby. And of course they take great photos!

As soon as I saw their work online I knew that I needed to contact them to do our maternity shoot... and I am so glad I did! Shauna was kind enough to bring us up to her family lake spot to do our shoot at sunset. As soon as we pulled up it took my breath away. She totally nailed the feel I wanted for your maternity shoot. The landscape was covered in lush woods, dirt roads and a completely stunning lake front. My partner is not a huge fan of having his photos taken but Shauna quickly put him at ease with her humour, warmth and genuinely caring personality. She was able to capture our raw, un-staged selves. On July 1st we welcomed our son and we will definately be booking our baby pictures with Roughley Originals! Thank you so so much for everything

We were so impressed with Shauna and Gareth! They did our newest little one's newborn photos as well as some family photos. I was so grateful for the way in which they were patient and creative with our toddler. They made something that I was originally anxious about, (trying to get her to sit still and smile), actually fun! Also, watching them position and work with my newborn was amazing...they were so gentle and skillful about the way they cared for him during the experience. Shauna and Gareth were professional and quick to respond to emails in the follow up. Most importantly though, our photos turned out beautifully. They captured our precious littles and our family in a way that I'm so grateful to have for the future.

My husband and I were nervous about the idea of newborn photos and had no idea what to expect. But Shauna and Gareth completely blew these two sleep deprived parents away. They completely understood our vision for our son’s first photos- clean, simple and focused on him. They handled him with such care and the results were absolutely amazing.
