Found my perfect dress. ❤ The ladies who helped me were very helpful and patient. They knew my style and kept bringing out the dresses! Thank you

LET ME MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THE STORE WAS VERY AWARE OF THIS SITUATION AND THEIR RESPONSE IS 100% A POOR ATTEMPT TO SAVE FACE - WHICH I FIND EVEN MORE INFURIATING. The dress was 100% without a doubt purchased here, I even went to a fitting with her. The bridal store over by the Prairie mall a couple of stores east from Domenico's deli. I'll be the market for a wedding dress in the next year and will never set foot in this store. They treated a dear friend horrendously. My friend's parents were paying for her dress and her mother passed away unexpectedly. While the father was in the midst of trying to pick up the pieces my friend put a deposit on the dress and explained the situation. No one told her it was a problem. Recently someone actually had the audacity to call her and snottily reem her out about how they "don't hold dresses". Have some common sense/compassion. I even noticed the poor attitudes from staff when I joined her for a fitting before this happened. I'll happily drive to Edmonton to avoid these people.

Been in twice now to check out grad dresses and both times were awesome customer service. Even today when I went in there was one employee and she managed to help out a bride as well as me and my friend by herself. Far better than castaspellas and would 100% recommend

If you need a GOWN or a Wedding Dress there is no other place in Grande Prairie to go to! Raven and her staff will make sure your dress shows off all the right parts of you and downplays the area's you don't want noticed. I LOVE going in and playing dress up here!

If I could give no stars I would. The way myself and my bridesmaids were treated at this store is disgusting. We spent ALOT of money there. The girl that helped us took our measurements. My one bridesmaid was a size 18, my other bridesmaid is usually a 16, but she explained sizing is different with formal wear so she actually measured her as a 26. So she knew that was wrong as there couldn't be that many sizes different. She made her pay extra for the plus size. My bridesmaid was in tears because of how she made her feel. She questioned her if she was sure about the sizing, to be reassured that it was correct. One of my other bridesmaids ordered size 18. After I picked up the dresses and they tried them on the one that had the 26 ordered for her, was WAY too big, and she fit into the 18... Because we live 3 hrs away, I, the bride picked up all the dresses. When we got them home and tried them on to realize this happened, I called the store. It was the girl who was there that day and after telling her the situation, she became very defensive. Said there was no way she would make a mistake. She told us for the bridesmaid to bring in the dress so they could see it on. So she drove 3 hrs and when they measured her and she tried it on, they said she had lost 3 inches. In one month, she sure didn't lose 4 dress sizes. She was told there was nothing they could do.. She asked them to just order another one in size 18 (at her own cost even) and the girl said oh no, it will never get here in time.. Didn't even try to rectify anything.. So why was she told to drive in 3 hrs? As well being very defensive and rude. My other bridesmaid is a size 2 and when they measured they said a 0, which was the smallest size. It was WAY too big and after telling the girl, she said well by the measurements it should fit perfectly.. Well it doesn't.. not by far.. We knew we would have to make slight alterations, but not where you have to pay to have them completely remade. Obviously she measured wrong, or the sizing they have with the company is wrong, as not one was even close to fitting. Then that's how they deal with it? Won't do anything? Now we don't even know what the dresses will look like after the massive alterations.. They may not even match.. I am horrified that anyone can get away with treating clients like this...
